Fresh, ready to cook pasta touched down on Signal Mountain in 2026. For over a decade, Brianne Larkins has been creating delicacies from local goods for Chattanooga. Now, she's teaming up with her husband Paul to bring high-quality, convenient cuisine to your dinner table.

Our pasta is handmade from high-quality flour and water, egg-free for a light and stable product. We make everything by hand at our Signal Mountain location. We make a variety of flavors and can customize upon request for flavor or dietary restrictions. The photo above is an example of our squid ink linguine!
